Are your books available in hardback or paperback?
The books are published in both paperback and eBook versions, but not
hardback. The paperback and eBook versions of our books are available
on this site.
The eBooks have the very same information as the paperbacks and in
fact are the PDF format versions of the books’ manuscripts.
In what format are the eBooks written? Are they Acrobat files?
Yes, they are PDF files which require Adobe Acrobat Reader to open
them, a free utility available from www.Adobe.com.

Can I print the pages of your eBooks on my computer?
You may print one hard copy on your computer printer for your personal
use of any purchased eBook. The copyrighted material may not be
distributed for sale. However, a distribution license may be purchased
from this site for the Growing Your Company without Debt
eBook.

What is the cost?
The price and shipping are listed by each item on this site.
We pay the shipping for orders over $40!
Listed shipping charges apply to orders
placed by phone, fax, or regular mail. There are no shipping charges for
eBooks and digital products, which are provided instantly after you order.

How do I order?
The simplest way is to use our shopping cart, clicking the Buy button
next to each item you want. You can then Continue Shopping or
PROCEED TO CHECKOUT when you’re ready. Remember, we pay
shipping on orders over $40!
If you prefer not to provide your credit card information over our site (we
do use a secure system using the Authorize.Net gateway), go to the Order Form and include the items you wish to purchase. You can then
print this page from your computer and mail, fax, or phone in (toll-free)
your order with payment information.
We do not recommend emailing credit card information
as that is not secure; the other methods are secure.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Hard copy products are shipped from our office near Seattle within 2
business days of your order via Priority Mail. Normally such shipments
take 2-3 business days to arrive.
Digital products are provided immediately
after your order is complete.

Are you available by phone if we have questions about your
book or how to handle a factoring situation?
Yes, we are happy to answer your questions. If you have longer-range
needs we also provide consultation services. Our Personal Coaching Program can be tailor-made to the amount of consultation you desire,
providing 1 hour and 3 hour time blocks of one-to-one coaching. The first
half-hour for these programs is free.

Do you provide other resources for small factors?
Yes, several in fact. SmallFactor.com is a portal site with numerous links
to resources any small factor will find helpful, such as due diligence,
marketing, internet resources, classfieds, and many other links. The site
provides a free listing of several small factors around North America, and
is ever evolving to meet the needs of this community.
We have created an online database management program especially for
small factors called FactorFox.

We have created and host a free data base site, listing over 100 factors
in North America. FactorFind
is an excellent tool for business owners
and broker consultants looking for a factor, as well as for factors seeking
new clients. Listings and browsing the data is free to registered users.
